Thursday Sector Laggards: Electric Utilities, Water Utilities

In trading on Thursday, electric utilities shares were relative laggards, down on the day by about 0.8%.  Helping drag down the group were shares of EXCU (EXCU), down about 2.5% and shares of Public Service Enterprise Group (PEG) down about 2.3% on the day.
